Order Cancellation Policy

অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ নীতিমালা

• (১) অর্ডার সফল হবার পর কোন ভাবে সেটি বাতিল করা যাবেনা, তবে যদি ডেলিভারি সফল হবার পূর্বে আমাদের সাপোর্টে জানানো হয় তবে সেই অর্ডার টি বাতিলকরণ প্রযোজ্য হবে। (শর্ত ১.১)
• (২) অর্ডার বাতিল এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রদানকৃত মূল্য ফেরত যোগ্য নয়, তবে সেটি (শর্ত ১.১) এর আওতাভুক্ত হলে অন্য প্রোডাক্ট এর সাথে মূল্য বিনিময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।
• (৩) অর্ডার করার ক্ষেত্রে যদি ক্রেতার কোন ভুল তথ্য থাকে যার কারনে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হয়, এবং MTC Digital ক্রেতার সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে ব্যর্থ হয় বা MTC Digital কর্তৃক কোন অতিরিক্ত তথ্য চাওয়া হয় এবং ক্রেতা তা দিতে ব্যর্থ হয়। উক্ত সকল কার্যক্রম প্রোডাক্টের উল্ল্যেখিত ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে সফল না হলে উক্ত অর্ডারটি স্বয়ংক্রিয় ভাবে ক্যান্সেল করে দেওয়া হবে, যেটি পরবর্তিতে মূল্য ফেরত বা পুনরায় ডেলিভারি করতে বিবেচিত হবেনা।
• (৪) ফিজিক্যাল প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে, প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ারে যাওয়া পর্যন্ত অর্ডার বাতিল করার সুযোগ থাকবে।
• (৫) যদি আমাদের দ্বারা কোন অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ হয় তবে গ্রাহকের মূল্য টি ১-২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে। (bKash Online Payment এবং Manual Payment) এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য। এবং যেসকল গ্রাহক (sslcommerz) এবং (aamarPay) ব্যবহার করে পেমেন্ট করবেন তাদের রিফান্ড কার্যকর হবে তাদের শর্ত অনুযায়ী, সাধারণত ৭-১০ কার্যদিবস সময় নিয়ে থাকে।
• (৬) প্রোডাক্টের স্টক সমস্যার জন্য MTC Digital যেকোন অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে।

• Order Cancellation Policy

  • (1) Once the order is successful, it cannot be canceled in any way, but if our support is informed before the delivery is successful, then the cancellation of the order will be applicable. (Condition 1.1)
  • (2) In case of order cancellation, the price paid is non-refundable, but if it is covered by (Condition 1.1) price exchange with another product will be applicable.
  • (3) If the customer has incorrect information in placing an order that causes delivery to fail, and MTC Digital fails to contact the customer, or additional information is requested by MTC Digital and the customer fails to provide it. If all the above activities are not successful within the mentioned warranty period of the product, the order will be automatically cancelled, which will not be considered for refund or re-delivery.
  • (4) In case of physical products, the order will be canceled until the product reaches the courier.
  • (5) If any order is canceled by us, the customer will be refunded within 1-24 hours. Applicable to (bKash Online Payment and Manual Payment). And for customers who pay using (sslcommerz) and (aamarPay) refunds will be processed according to their terms, usually taking 7-10 working days.
  • (6) MTC Digital reserves the right to cancel any order due to product stock issues.
